When our much loved dog Bella died recently, we immediately thought of Furry Friends Farewells because they had taken such good care of the remains of two dogs owned by other members of our family in past years. On this occasion their caring and compassionate service was once again first-class, and greatly appreciated by all of us.

Furry Friend Farewells
The urn I ordered for my beloved pet was absolutely beautiful. I was also able to order a glass pendant that they sent off for me to get made by a local glass blower. I found the website a little tricky to navigate/ found confusing. The communication could have been a little bit better in terms of responding to emails, but I understand they get busy. Overall I am happy with their service, and will recommend them to anyone who needs them.

Furry Friend Farewells
When our beautiful boy Bear passed away late afternoon we rang furry friends straight away . They accommodated to come in after hours and open back up so we could drop our boy off as it was too traumatic having him at home.Staff were caring and respectful. They laundered my boys blanket he was wrapped in. The urn is a beautiful tribute . we have used them 11 months ago when our other fur baby passed away suddenly. I can't fault anything and will always use furry friends in the hopefully long long future. Thankyou Richards FamilyBears family X
