Went in today had a lovely lady served me named Vera.. I was asking about express post and the cost and she suggested another way of posting at a cheaper cost. Thought this was absolutely lovely of her to go through other options of posting my mail as I didn't know the range of options and cost saving.Thank you Vera for saving me money on my post today.

the big Indian woman - has been lazy and rude for 30 years - narcist and arrogant - eg you give them 30 letter to process - they send you away to do yourself and put individual stamps on them

The 3 ladies that work here are the most condescending, rude and dismissing people I have ever met. They are all sour-faced with no smile or friendly help. Unfortunately, we have to attend this post office to pick up our parcels and they act like you are a nuisance. The service here is a joke and I don't see how Aus Post allow this type of customer service. It is clear from the ratings that I am not the only one that realises this. I have had many discussions in the queue with people and they all agree. What a joke.

Much to my disbelief, you can only pay with cash here because their card equipment won't let you pay by card and it's been like that from day one and apparently no one there can slap enough brain cells together to get it fixed.

Horrible customer service, the two women at the counter have absolutely no people skills and are extremely rude. I’d happily never step foot in there again if the delivery staff would actually leave my packages at my front door step like I have requested.

I have been coming to this post office since I moved here a year and a half ago and every single time I have come in, there have been the unfriendliest staff there. Especially this middle aged woman with glasses and dark brown hair, it looks as if she hates her job and lets her frustration out on the customers!! She is extremely rude and has no patience for anyone. Choose another career then hun, this is customer service. More staff is needed too as there is always a line even during non-peak times. Ridiculous.

I cannot complain about service as both ladies I dell with were polite. However, here is a problem with knowledge for one of them. I applied for passport renewal and have been told with reinforcement that it will take at least 6 week to get my new passport. The old passport was checked and cut.My new password arrived in less than two weeks and I have all my old passports (a part from the last one) intact, not that this is important.As Australian post office represents government agency they should be on the top things like timing and need to know that procedure cutting old passports is outdated.

Awesome post office dealt with a bloke named Alvin and felt very welcomed and Respected! He helped me out with packaging and made my job easy.I've used this post office once before and I've had nothing but great experience would highly recommend this post office and be definitely be using it for the years to come!
