Horrible first time experience with dry cleaning. Dropped off on a Monday, told to come Wednesday afternoon for pickup. Arrived and they said it wasn't there (unable to explain why), and to come back the next day. I went back the next day, and they said the jacket had been returned but the suit pants were missing. They then requested I pay the drycleaning fee for the suit. Incredibly unprofessional and not safe with expensive clothing.

The dry cleaning company explained to you specifically that it had nothing to do with us and they dealt with you directly. We believe the dry cleaning company compensated you. Just to make a note that when the company could not locate your dry cleaning we kept you informed with the progress constantly and we made sure you were treated fairly and compensated to your satisfaction.We truly care about our customers. This is one of the examples. We used to live on Gold Coast. One late Saturday afternoon we received a call from one of the local shops told us that a customer had to pick up his dry cleaning for a wedding next day. We actually drove back from Gold Coast just to open the shop for that customer. We are trying our best to keep everyone happy. But sometimes we just can't do it all. (From Sharon)
