Jen and her team at Harcourts Innovations were absolutely wonderful to work with. We recently moved from America and had a hard time applying for a rental because of our unique situation. Jen and her team went the extra miles to request and process all of our supporting documents, and so quickly. After just 2 days of meeting with Jen at the inspection, we were able to secure accommodation at a lovely rental in Molendinar. Our family is so thankful for Jen and her team for their professionalism and helpfulness. We look forward to continuing working with them during our tenancy.

Jennifer Coles was my Property Manager with a property Jennifer had leased to my a year ago. From the time I walked into the office to collect my keys, I had a warm welcome by all staff members, any assistance or concerns I had during my tenancy, Jennifer would be very quick to get on top of it and respond back to me promptly.I have been a tenant for over 15 years and I can gladly say Jennifer Coles at Harcourts Innovations-Ashmore has been by far the best Property Manager I have had.Thank you to all the team at Harcourt Innovations- Ashmore.

Harcourts Innovations (Ashmore) has been managed our properties for a number of years. We are always very happy with their service. They really take good care of our properties. They always act professionally, fair to the landlord and to the tenants. I particularly want to thank our property manager, Jennifer Coles for her good communications, take very good care of our properties, always provide us with good advise. We have been renting through Harcourts Ashmore for 18 months and it has been a great experience. Jennifer is our property manager and communicates very well with us. Any maintenance that is required is always dealt with promptly and emails are responded to very quickly . Overall it has been a great experience as we are very happy with our rental and it’s always great to speak to friendly staff.
