I was actually hesitant to place an order with ePharmacy (aka Chemist's Warehouse), as I didn't think much of the Chemist's Warehouse. This time, however, I was in for a pleasant surprise: I placed the order on Monday and received the goods on Friday in Wellington, NZ, as ordered.

I have been using this service for about a year and have had a great experience. My 12 orders so far have been delivered quickly to WA even once one holiday to the remote northwest (though this ended up taking 5 days instead of the usual 2-3). I am a happy customer!!

I am very dissatisfied with the online ordering and customer service" provided by ePharmacy also trading as Chemist Warehouse.Here is my experience:Initial delay placed 31st JulyShipment details received by Australia Post 9th of August*8 working days delay*Parcel actually received by Australia Post 11/9*10 working days delay*It is now over 25 working days I have been waiting for my delivery- in other words

Have dealt with them three times now & never had a problem with any order. Delivery quick. If a product unavailable they let you know ask if there is another product which would suit as well & if not find what you need quickly & send out. We ordered a dual product recently which they were out of (it was at a very good price so we order 3) they asked if we would accept 6 of the singles for the same price & we received them the next day. You just cannot fault that.
