Extremely lucky to have Wesley come after I put the wrong fuel in my jeep. They were quick to attend the site, and Wesley calmed me down and insured me it would be ok. As someone that doesn’t know cars very well I was extremely stressed. Mobile Fuel Resuce had me back on the road In 30 minutes and also gave me fuel to get home.I would highly reccomend this company, and I feel very looked after as a customer.

Absolutely recommend using Mobile Fuel Rescue. They were so quick to respond and got to me super quickly to start working on the car. Wes was an absolute legend, very knowledgable and made me feel much better. Definitely use Mobile Fuel Rescue next time you're in a jam.

This is the business to use. I not only put petrol in my diesel but I then drove about 10k. Messaged Peter ( it was evening) and he contacted me back and we arranged a mutual time. Cost was given and the service was excellent. From a mechanic telling me my car was now buggered and I could be up for $$$$ to a professional fix at a reasonable price - I would recommend this team to anyone who makes the same mistake.

OMG could not believe how stupid I was this morning putting petrol in my diesel vehicle. Panic set in and went into servo and the attendant gave me the number for mobile fuel rescue. Rang immediately and a very pleasant man put me at ease straight away and said they would be there within an hour and a half. It was certainly worth the wait. A very thorough and informative gentleman walked me through what he was going to do and got on with it. Because I hadn't driven my vehicle it was a very simple procedure and fixed it in no time. Much to my relief. I cannot thank Mobile Fuel Rescue enough and highly recommend this company to anybody who may do what I did. Thank you again so much.

amazing team and service!!! After making the horrible mistake of putting petrol in my van. I jumped onto google and almost had a heart attack when I saw the cost of fixing the potential damage! So glad I got the referral. Saved me big time!

I’m sharing this review as although I didn’t end up being a customer, I received the best customer service and I firmly believe in giving credit where it’s due! I called from regional Melbourne with suspicion that I had filled my car with contaminated fuel, as my car conked out within 1km from driving away from the fuel station. I knew I had filled my car with the right fuel, so something was up. When I explained to Pete on the phone what had happened and what my car was doing, he said it could be highly likely that the fuel had water in it (from local floods) and said he could come out, empty my tank and test it but that it would need to go to a mechanic if that was the case, as a lot more harm could have been done to the engine and spark plugs. From his advice I spent the extra cash and had my car towed the 85km to my local motor service guy, who soon confirmed that yes, the fuel had water in it and needed an engine clean out and new spark plugs.I saved hundreds from Peters advice and had such good peace of mind! Peter also went as far to text me a couple days later to let me know that he had several other reports of bad fuel from the same station I filled up at.That level of care, regardless of whether it is a customer really stands out. I will absolutely be recommending Mobile Fuel Rescue to everyone :)

An afternoon of bad luck made good by the service I just received: exceptionally professional, prompt, clear, affordable and personable. Contacted Peter in a slightly anxious state after putting unleaded in my diesel ute. He was fantastic on the phone and gave me a quote and estimated time the technician would attend. He assured me that even if I had to move the car away from the bowser it would be ok. He continued to communicate with me when the technician was delayed and gave me updated communications. When Wes arrived he was so fantastic, he reassured me and explained to me what we would do. He was very professional, followed safety protocols and displayed a wealth of knowledge. I felt confident with the work that was performed and would not hesitate to recommend his work to anyone.
