Patisserie New York Revesby

Used to visit the Mortdale store many years ago and the dessert were great. I recently purchased a banana tart and a passionfruit tart and it seems to have gone down hill. I’m not sure if they changed the recipe but the shortcrust tastes like palm oil rather than butter. I think the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. I don’t mind paying for something if it is good quality but most people took a bite and wouldn’t eat anymore. I feel these stores may not be open for much longer. State of the cakes aren’t looking that great the few times I have been in.

Terrible customer service. Spelt the name wrong on the inedible 21st plaque.We asked if one could be dropped off to us in hope to fix the issue, only thing she could offer was to make us come to the shop. We then had to scramble and get there and havethem do another one. When wegot it home it was all stuck to the wrapping and was also ruined. The staff member was rude and smirking in our face when we asked her to pass on feedback and the manager not interested in making things right. Avoid this place, there are much better places to give your money to.

Went there for first time today to pick up an order of the Coffee Espresso cake.The staff working there that looked abit Asian, she was friendly, loved her service. Had no problem with her.The cake I had ordered.....seems to be a joke.....$66.50....- wasn't happy with the cake- the cake was COFFEE ESPRESSO- way too many nuts.- no coffee flavour at all- inside the cake was abit dry.- didn't like it.- abit pricey for the fake flavour.- could've went to an Asian bakery instead where they make cakes and breads full of flavour, and at a cheaper price.- despite the fact I loved the staff's service, never coming back to order cake from this Revesby New York patisserie again.(I would like to thank the staff for her good customer service towards me as a new customer).Fortunately, had a call from store manager was provided free coffee and cake which is thankful and fair.

Yum yumm cakes and pastries.My husband got the came from them and it was amazing. Their cheese cakes are on a different level so amazing. I would definitely recommend them.

What I appreciated most about this cake shop was the attention to detail.Each cake was expertly crafted, with beautiful decorations and intricate designs that showed a true passion for the craft. Whether you're looking for a simple birthday cake or an elaborate. The staffs here are really passionate and really friendly.Surely Im going yo come here again!!

Went in today, as nice as everything looks, unfortunately what I purchased wasn't fresh. Won't be going back in. Don't mind paying what something is worth, but not when it isn't fresh.

Had a mango, passionfruit, coconut cake. Lovely selections. I wish there are more petite portions so I could try more.

Odering chocolate mud cake and delivered earlier around 8 am.Taste is good and the only issue edible sign should not be costs 8.5 and if you saying edible you should be able to eat the paper as well. Will try other cake as well.

Visited the Revesby store today and the worker on shift had incredible customer experience. We had never been to the store before and were quite confused on the selection, however, albeit we had taken nearly a century to decide, she was patient and understanding. Her customer service was excellent and she had assisted us -- and even recommended a cake that exceeded all of my expectations. Thank you so much !! <3
