My wife has been in here three times now for wet weather gear, vest and jacket and has had exceptional service every time. Great choice of clothing and safety gear, very helpful staff.

I've bought a few things there since it opened, always getting a couple of bucks off. A chain cleaning kit that had two prices. The staff member let a potential helmet sale walk out the door over $5? I left there a went to two other shops the next day and spent about $350.From my experience in retail ACCC advises to sell at the marked price, and then adjust after the customer leaves, not blame other staffers.

Great store plenty of stuff in stock staff not so great definitely need some training i asked about a air filter i was 98% sure it fitted my bike just didnt have my model on the packet so i asked staff and said im sure its the right one but he said nope wont fit just goin off whats on the pack so i got home and bought the same filter from mxstore
