Have had no response again for Repeated outstanding maintenance requests from this incompetent and unprofessional company. Will not respond to requests for reimbursement for repairs I had to pay to ensure the property was usable. Seem happy to charge fees to landlord for not any actual management done.Hope no one else has to deal with this alleged company. RTA is aware of them. Stay away.

Useless team of flops. Leela has rocks in her head & does nothing by the books. Very unprofessional & hopeless at doing there actual job, everyone else in office who answers the phone once every blue moon just sounds inexperienced & clueless. The RTA know about this mob, don’t waste your time.

Unreachable. Keep getting told everything has to be in an email or it doesn’t exist. Then emails don’t get followed up for months. They told my older mother who took over our lease she has to ‘get with the times’ as they don’t have the time to explain how to attach a photo of a burst water pipe out the front to an email to report it.Absolutely disgusting.

Absolutely terrible service. If I was a landlord or tenant I would not use these guys. I called several times and was told someone would call me back with no response. They were very unprofessional with all the dealings I had. At one stage I was waiting on a response on a property application and was told they were in no rush. Would not recommend them at all.

We have used Townsville City Real Estate for our rental property for a long time now and our association with them has always been top notch. Our requests have always been answered promptly and issues resolved quickly and to the point. The Property Managers we have dealt with in the past have made sure we are kept in the loop with regular emails and photos and have aimed to resolve any issues in a practical and efficient manner. I would highly recommend the Townsville City Real Estate team in taking the stress out of handling your rental property yourself.

Apparently unreachable . Been emailing them and calling for over three months now and they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE or ANYTHINGWTFF is wrong with this company.Oh yes, you're DEFINITELY getting me and my friends business for SURE.And I do mean actual business you incompetent fuks.

This Realestate is just a complete nightmare so rude to you talk over the top of you don’t listen. We have had problems with our bed room air-conditioner and they have send 5 different people around to look at it all say it need to be replaced and then they saved the 2 guy back who is the warranty agent who said it was dead in the first place and then to come back and say it’s all fine which it’s not. Now they want to service the other Air conditioners which ones they can’t tell me I just get told I don’t know. We have devised we what to be home because we will have to move our furniture and we work full time which it is not just a matter of saying to our boss o sorry we can’t come to work today. They then say give a list of dates which I can’t just say ok this date this date this date. I organize to take a day off from my work and it has to be unpaid because we just got back from Holliday’s. Nope not good enough the organize a date which is not suitable for us and they won’t move on it. So they think it ok and say o they can move your stuff which is not ok with me. What happens if they break something or put acid on my furniture and it damages something I don’t think they will pay for it. I could go on and on about how horrible they are but I won’t. They have caused me so much stress were I can’t sleep at night so please think before you rent or even buy through these horrible people. O and we ask for our sprinklers to be fixed when we came off water restriction and nothing ever happened.Also my partner call once we go the entry notice to say this date dos not work with us only to have horrible Leela tell him that the useless property manager will not talk to him. And then Blame all this on the owner say he is a nasty man and screams at them. We have said we want the owner to call us but no no that won’t let that happen because I bet he doesn’t know half of what is going on. We have been in this house for 5 years now and we take real good care of the house and our rent is never late and we get treated like we are squatters / dead beats. Shame on you’s Horrible Leela and and Delma.

Every one of the staff members at this agency has been extremely rude and unhelpful with any enquiries we may have had during our two years of renting a property through them. I have been into the office multiple times where the staff members havent even bothered to begin a conversation with a simple 'hello, how are you today?'. Absolutely attrocious agency, everyone their needs to pull their head in. An example of what to expect from this agency: They signed new tenants to the lease before we had returned all the keys or signed anything off, I went to collect my things and the new tenants were moving their belongings in with keys the real estate had given them...

Poor customer service throughout my lease, the maintenance/handyman stopped coming because he was not being paid for work and not receiving contact from the real estate.Upon leaving post-lease, they tried to blame me for multiple damages which were listed on the pre-move-in inspection checklist.Currently dealing with RTA because this the real estate is incompetent, hard to work with and I would certainly not recommend them for anything.Very quick to take your money, but very reluctant to help.
