Neil Jensen and Giovanni are my heroes! My mad Irish mammy died suddenly whilst on holiday visiting me and her Grandkids from the UK. Such a horrible situation was made manageable by the care, dedication, and attention to detail offered to me from these lovely people. I was updated daily, nothing was too much trouble. My mum was looked after beyond my expectations. She looked beautiful as she travelled home! Obviously so much red tape to get through, which was all managed for me. I will be forever grateful to Neil and Giovanni for helping me in my hour of need. Thank you boys x

A big Faafetai lava (thank you) to Neil Jensen and Giovanni for their professionalism and heart of compassion towards our Aiga (Family). They were all about the finer details and respectful towards our requests as we navigated our Fathers funeral from 2 Countries and 3 Cities (Sydney, Auckland and Wellington). You took the time out to understand our cultural needs and due to COVID-19 restrictions and borders closed to both Australia and New Zealand you included us in everything.
