Give the Guys a go! The business has been taken over by a new and very pleasant owner, who knows how to run a business successfully. The staff are much happier and the service is now a good experience...one to enhance your day, not ruin it!! I have been going to this shop for 35 years and in the last 10years it had gone off badly. Now it has had a complete overhaul and I think (like me) you will be pleasantly surprised.

Recently purchased a Stihl Line Trimmer as a Christmas gift, however it ended up being a double up as my father in law had bought the same model for himself already. Being unused, with a receipt and everything supplied at POS I tried to return only to be told that wasn't possible (against policy). Second option, exchange for another usable item, nope, against their store policy also. I understand they aren't legally bound to do either, but a little customer service would go a long way.

The owner of this business is so rude. His staff were helpful on the day I was there, but when they asked him a question pertaining to my enquiry, he went off! Maybe he thought he could get away with it, as I'm female, but he almost left me dumbstruck with his nastiness - almost! I let him have it and left! No wonder he can't sell this business (it's been on the market for well over a year with an enormous sign out the front). Who on earth would want the hassle of trying to win back custom that he's obviously lost?!

Read previous reviews, was not expecting much. In the end, received fantastic service, friendly and knowledgeable staff members and an attitude that makes me want to return as well as pass on to other people to shop there.

Excellent service Excellent mechanics Very low repair costs Put simply when something goes wrong with any of my equipment i am very confident of a quick turnaround with a much improved machine. It is a relatively new crew of people as opposed to a year or two ago (business changed hands) and this crew is spot on.
