Always loved smoke mart, applied for a job, they made me pay for a police certificate then never even contacted me as it took a bit of time to get back coz of covid a while back, I contacted them but was completely ignored, out of pocket and frustrated! Stuff have no clue either.

The staff are nice but they need training in how to do laybuys in there a few times and I have to go back and forth to see the only one knows how to do it , I never went back

I go to this smoke mart because they were willing to get the brand and size of the smokes I buy and they make the effort to make sure the quantity I need is in stock for me plus the staff are super friendly and helpful at all times.

Doing Christmas shopping thought I would check out some things I thought I would get for my family. Heard a staff member with red hair, behind the counter swearing dropping the F word and C word while there were also other customers in the store. Sorry with a staff member like that I won't be buying anything .

Visited the store this week to apply for a job and the manager there was so helpful , she helped me scan in with the QR code and showed me how to apply online .She actually took the time to help me when others have just palmed me off. even though she was understaffed , and busy and after realising I was under 18 , she still acknowledged me and took the time and encouraged me to keep trying . Just wanted to say what a great mentor and good human being she is .
