We walked in out of the blue. No appointment or warning. We were looked after like royalty by Steven. 2hrs, 2 phones, 2 services...no problems. Thoroughly recommended Telstra shop. The best.

Booked with an inverter problem in our motorhome. The boys in the workshop were fantastic. Diagnosed the issue and we are very grateful as it could have been catastrophic. They also upgraded our solar system to improve efficiency.Would recommend the to anyone.

I went for bits and pieces for a solar upgrade. They showed me a new way of doing the install. Walked out with all I needed, a simpler install and the knowledge this Victron distributor knows their stuff. Great experience.

Such good service. Highly recommend bypassing the month wait at the Telstra store and going straight to Forbes. They are so patient and kind with my elderly father.

Wife got a new phone. The staff member that helped us was awesome. Very helpful, friendly and genuinely happy. The experience with Forbes made the Telstra shops look like they had never sold a phone. I also had assistance with a battery and had a similar experience with another member
