Bad service. We had to initiate communication to confirm you were running late. We were originally booked for a 11am arrival. We contacted you and were informed a late arrival would occur at 1pm. We contacted you at 1.30pm, stated a 3.30pm arrival would occur. At 3.30pm you stated it would be a 4.30pm arrival, in peak hour traffic coming from a destination over an hour away. Very disappointed with the lack of communication, lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.

I googled last minute movers and came across Melbourne Movers Packers. I had someone else booked in but they kept me waiting hours (3+) and I cancelled them after terrible customer service. I asked for a quote from Melbourne Movers Packers and they called me back within minutes. They were able to give me timeframe and an estimated time of arrival and it was very accurate. Great on the phone. The boys in the truck called me and told me they would be there in 20 minutes and they were there in 18! They were friendly, efficient, helpful and great at their job! We had it packed up very quickly. They offered to put things on the curb for hard rubbish. They handled my things with care and put everything in the right rooms. They really helped me out!! Highly recommend!! Wish I booked them in the first place and I will definitely use them in the future.
