First 15 mins in Campbelltown office the first employee I met promised me the world, told me how great he would look after me and to immediately give him a 5 star review on Google while in front of him. 2 weeks later while doing nothing for me I was palmed off to another employee. Total time at this agency was 2.5 years and I was moved around to roughly 5-6 employees, as someone with severe mental health issues being moved around like im trash no one wants can be very distressing, having to explain to a new employee my story and situation every few months is harrowing. Although kind and courteous none of them took any of my illnesses and abilities into consideration for job hunting, no personal plan was tailored to suit my needs. I have many chronic illnesses and my treatment was no different to any other agency, I don't even get why it's a disability agency when all the courses and programs seemed suited for able bodied individuals and not the chronically sick. My 2.5 years consisted of me doing Job search at home and handing in my allotted numbers. Although the staff were always kind and courteous, one in particular was very understanding when I wasn't able to physically get into the office and moved our appointments to phone calls this helped me tremendously and she is worth her weight in gold to this agency. Honestly can't remember their names as I was moved around so much but the agency as a whole I cannot recommend, some of the staff tho are very pleasant.

The most helpful staffs i have ever encountered, And they are very protective of their clients and on what the client needs to obtaining that job to suit the employers. I am so Grateful that I have Sarah on helping me and placing your esteem to positive back to life. Sarah, thank you for on going help and for the rest of the staffs that worked so hard to to helping people to obtain their jobs also.

I am so lucky to have a wonderful, understanding and supportive client officer! As I'm not tech savvy, Sarah patiently takes me through step by step to get forms filled in and emailed back, explains every piece of paperwork lingo so I can get a better understanding of what I have to do!
