+in the year 2018/19 i took our car to this place/ i knew they were expensive BUT! / i did not know who to trust! in that area .the car need it a transfer case replacement/ BMW was asking $4500 dollars for a brand new transfer case plus labour . thinking that it was to much money for the job i went and asked JRG Automotive to help me out/ ha! the little I knew/ JRG Automotive staff was very friendly and nice and make us feel like we could trust them... after few weeks of waiting/ we finally got the car back/ it cost us AU $ 4000 dollars /but! they never replaced the transfer case/ they fixed??? we could not believe it... BMW was going to cost us $500 more and we were going to end up with a brand new one. Anyway after few weeks the problem came back / we took it back to JRG automotive for warranty/ they got their hands on it again / but the problem never was solved/ me decided to move on/ no point to argue/ we lost Au $4000 dollars , weeks of waiting time and xtress / in the end it was only one loser US !

A big thanks to Jo and the team for their amazing service. We've been bringing our Freelander here since 2017 and have had excellent and fair service. The mechanical knowledge and efficiency is 100%.

The guys here are fantastic, I have been taking my car to them for over 5 years and they have always looked after the car like it was there own, nothing is ever a problem and they are easy to get along with.

About 8 years ago I supposedly needed a new fuel pump. After spending over $1000, the problem still wasn't fixed and the rest of repairs were done for free...7 years ago I was told that I need new brakes at the next service. I had a service yesterday elsewhere and was still told that my brakes are still ok, Go figure
