Just paid 35.00 dollars for a garlic and prawn thin slice pizza plus oven roasted mixed spice wings for pick up. Arrived 5 mins before and picked the order up. Got home (3min drive), opened up n found 1 shrimp ( not prawn) on each slice. Pizza base was like carboard, chicken wings were gelatinous and soggy. One of the worst pizzas n wings we have ever had/paid for.If i could give a ZERO rating, i would.

Really disappointed they have changed the lunch deal to 1 pizza a drink and a garlic bread it was much better when they offered the pizzas seperate and you could choose the add one yourself.

After ordering online and my phone saying ready, I walked in and asked for my pizza as it said ready on the screen, Took an hour after that to get one pizza and then bring it home and the pastry is still raw, and all they could do after 50 minutes, say they can put the order through again and offer me a garlic bread and a drink.... grrrrr. Not happy this time.

The place was very clean, the staff, all cheerful & happy, neatly dressed and looked professional.The picture of the pizza was adorable. It was The worst pizza we ever shared. Meat lovers, New Yorker & cheese. No meat. Only cheese. Gross. Disappointed wasted $20 bucks.All my reviews are good. This was no good at all.Will never return.

The pizza was delicious! Perfect as ever. The service though, was above and beyond! My one year old had just fallen asleep 2 minutes before I arrived to get the pizza. He’s just gotten over being sick and I didn’t want to get him out to try and juggle 3 pizzas while he was half asleep.I called and Val answered. I let her know the situation and she was extremely accommodating. She bought our pizzas out to the car for me and was happy to do so! I’ve had this happen at another restaurant before when my son was a newborn and was met with a very different reaction.Val was more than happy to help and so understanding. I’m so grateful for her incredible customer service and for the extremely yummy pizzas from their store.

Our regular Pizza barbecue chicken &bacon was a little soggy not so crisp as normal but store was very busy !
