Collected car on overcast day - repairs are ok however one Rim was refurbished and is a completely different colour, which seems to be acceptable.They advised i take it to their rim people, who will take the rim of my car there and i can leave with spare while they fix it.Rim people advised need vehicle for a further 2-3 days after already having for 5 days, and would need to book in a month out - after i've gone out of my way to travel to their offices. Poor experience and wouldnt recommend.

Neerabup Accident Repair Centre
Did a good job of the repair but I found it worrying that I turned up at 07.00, the place was all unlocked but I could find no-one for quarter of an hour. Anyone could have walked in and taken any of the many vehicles which had their keys on their windscreens. Not very secure at all, even with cameras around.

I’m not a happy customer in this repair shop after a car accident. Few issues and damages were not fixed. I drove the car with a leaking oil as they said it was done and fixed and etc. I don’t think I will come back again. Friendly team though, but not just sure with the technician/s who’s fixing my car on the day.

I’m more than impressed with the service I got! Trudy organised a rental car for me when my insurance company was making it difficult - she offered and had it sorted in 5 minutes.My car looks fantastic after the repairs.A really good experience all round.

Great experience all round. Had my front bumper repaired, they were able to do it as reasonably priced as possible, and my car looks like brand new again! They were super fast, reliable and icing on the cake is my car is back pristine - thank you all for your great customers service!

They were all so lovely and easy to deal with. They helped me with my claim going out of their way to ring my insurance company (after insurance campy stuffed up) as they knew I was at work and the wait on hold would be long. The repair itself was perfect and they cleaned my car inside and out . Thanks guys
