Aaurora Fencing

We had placed an order at the start of November with another supplier for a gate which they said they’d supply and install before the Christmas break which is what we needed. That other supplier contacted us on 15 December and said the gate wouldn’t be ready until the New Year. We contacted Aaurora that same day and they immediately arrange the supply and installation of the gate and which they completed before Christmas. Great work especially by Luke and Jay and I highly recommend Aaurora. We even saved some money by going with Aaurora.

Poor communication.We unknowingly had the 2nd measurements taken - someone let themselves into our backyard and I found out later on. When the tradee came to start the fence, we weren't notified at all that he was coming that day. We were baffled to find a cut-off section of our hose just laying on the ground behind the house - only when I asked the tradee what had happened did he tell me that water had burst from a hole/tear in the hose and he had to cut a section of it off.A mistake was made with the placement of one of the fenceposts and so a fence panel had to be cut shorter, so it took a lot of extra time. Now, the whole fence itself is shorter than the original plan, which I paid for.

We found Aaurora Fencing very easy to deal with from start to finish and couldn't be happier with the quality we received. Would highly recommend Aaurora Fencing to anyone.

Aaurora Fencing did a great job on making and installing our Aluminium slat fence. Michael was really helpful on the information he gave us in regards to the fence and Matt was great with the installation. Turned up on time, explained easily what he was going to do and checked in with us periodically to see if we were happy with it and what heights would look best. The product was quoted to take about 6 weeks to get done and installed but came 2 weeks early which was a nice surprise. I had a couple other quotes on doing this job, and although I can't say if they would have been as good as Aaurora, Aaurora was significantly cheaper, but the quality of product and service and installation did not match the price. They exceeded it, and I would recommend them if your looking for an affordable, great looking and quality fence.

We cannot recommend the team at Aaurora Fencing highly enough. From start to finish they were very helpful and professional. We are extremely happy with the fencing they did for us on our newly built property.

Had to get a Pool Fence due to Council Regulations; Aaurora provided excellent service from start to finish. I called into their office @ Nerang and received a very professional & warm welcome; positive first impressions.Tim discussed possible options; he then clearly quoted on these when visiting my home and seeing requirements. We initially had a colorbond fence installed and the workmanship and quality was perfect - we then went ahead with a gate and then outside luvres on our outdoor living area - the quality is amazing - very high end - highly recommended

Requested a Quote for a custom Patio balustrade and I Never heard back via all Methods of contact Provided . (Edit) Then obviously you threw my drawing, details and picture I texted the secretary at the front counter in the bin.

Can’t thank you guys enough for the prompt and quality service. The final install is better than I could of hoped for and your tradesman made some great adjustments to improve the finish.
