I usually visit Arthur Rubber Foam & Pools a dozen or so times a year for minor projects, and they're always happy to help.Even though its only a few dollars spent there, it never feels like its too much hassle.Very friendly and knowledgeable, with very reasonable prices, highly recommended!

This business really doesn't deserve a 1 star rating. Placed an order and was told it would be ready in a couple of days. At the end of first week phoned to ask how it was going only to be told it would be another couple of days. Having not heard anything for 2 weeks phoned again with staff member answering phone and telling me the owner would phone back. Never heard anything. Four weeks and 2 days later went back to so called business absolutely disgusted and to be told material had not arrived. Asked for refund which I got. I would definitely not recommend this business to any of my family or friends. I ended up getting what I wanted at the new Clark rubber in Wodonga. I would recommend this Wodonga business. I don't want to hear from Arthur rubber that I should have more patience as covid is the possible holdup of supplies as that is totally ridiculous.
