Very large range of products, almost definitely able to find what you need. Ironically, the most popular shop for creative types is the least creatively decorated shop I've been in. Messy, always stuff on the floor. Staff know their way around, so they're helpful. Don't have to wait in line because of lots of counters available. Pretty cold.

Staff is so rude and impolite. She treated the white lady in front of me very politely and warmly, but when it was my turn and I just asked her one question, she showed extreme impatience and kept rolling her eyes. I'm pretty sure she's a racist—the curly-haired staff with the glasses, I wish you to be treated like that when you come to my country. I am a member of Lincraft and have visited it many, many times, but I will never come back, and I will tell my friends never to come to this store.

Great range of sewing accessories and fabric. Quite a line up at the service desk to pay. Woman at the head of the queue was being unbelievably precious about her fabric cutting. Felt sorry for the assistant trying to deal with her. In the end, could not wait any longer to be served, so left without purchasing. Sorry Lincraft... otherwise love your store

When is Lincraft Brisbane store going to open at 9am like all other stores in cityIt is most inconvenient for people who want something who are delayed by your store not open at regular times
