The barista will make Crema ice coffee when available, and it's amazing, credit to the Crema company and to BP runways barista, good work!

Have had to pick up parcels from here twice. Staff are way to busy to offer this service, had me waiting for 20 minutes. No surprise staff are working at Service station, their career has definitely peaked!

Driven 35 min to reach there as it says open 24hrs. staff moping the floor. waited her for 10 more min so she could finish it as soon as she see me with her hand told me we closed than ignore me and went other way. Been there many times was very good but this time not happy. If you don't want to serve the customer that time. please reduce opening hours so people find other alternative. 8/08/22 late night

We've come here in the middle of the night at 1am to get coffee/hot chocolate. Always made beautifully and the customer service is always great!

They advertise as “DHL SERVICE POINT” when you get there they only receive senddle packages because their (Scanner) doesn’t work with DHL. Drove all the way there to waste time!!!

It's a good station, public toilet, tire pressure pump, open and lots of parking. Right next door to a Mc Donalds.Only issue is if you do visit and you need to depart to the south ( towards the tunnel ) you need to go around the back of the airport which is not so bad but does add time.

Bought a loaf of bread on the 6th feb night only to find it was spoiled and mould all over when I reached home. Worst thing I saw fire service people buying lot of loafs just ahead of me !!
