Deb’s professionalism and attention to detail was incredible. She listened to what I wanted and made sure she gave me that. Last time I was here I was served by an Asian man who was sloppy and stopped cutting my hair to talk to his coworker. I almost didn’t come back but I’m glad I did.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. The most atrocious haircut I’ve ever had… EVER.Talk about rough too! He made me bleed… and poked me in the eye at one point.He ignored what I wanted and did his own thing… talked nonsense the whole time about ‘not having enough sugar today’ and then was proud of his half done work that I had to immediately take to another barber who was mortified with my hair.Do yourself a favour.. don’t go here.

The worst haircut I have ever gotten.I showed numerous reference photos, even a video a with 360 degree view, explained a bit about my hair, etc.The hairdresser proceeded to give me what can only be described as inspired by O' Hare from The Lorax. Absolutely destroyed.I had to get my girlfriend to cut my hair again when I got home so I could even feel comfortable re-entering society (not before she laughed at me for a good ten minutes).I genuinely cannot believe the hairdresser let me leave after she finished. It must have done irreparable damage to their brand seeing someone like me leave the establishment.

Just had my haircut by the apprentice Ben, it was an absolutely fantastic job and I would highly recommend. It was refreshing to see someone who was very keen to learn the craft and honestly could not fault it. Was made to feel relaxed and comfortable and it was a very pleasant experience. Thanks Ben, I will be a repeat customer for sure.!!!

Cut my 13 year old sons hair - worst haircut ever and it cost $40. I had to pretend it looked good.

Been to this place twice and was serviced by the ssme hair cutter, Ben. I can say that his service is beyond the best among the barbers I ever had in my life. I will go back to him every single time now anx would love to recommend him to my friends

Would definitely recommend this place. Wanted a mullet and my hair was quite messy, however it turned out perfect and am really happy with the outcome. I’ve had my haircut a few times from there and have been satisfied every time!

UPDATE: I went back in and explained the situation and Ben was very kind enough to fix it up for free. He also did an amazing job with what was left.Quite possibly the worst haircut I've had in Brisbane. Decided to try them out after seeing a number of positive reviews but have left extremely dissatisfied. You could see that the barber clearly had no idea how to do a fade and had very little confidence in her abilities. It clearly is an issue with this specific barber as other patrons had left pleased. I tried to get the barber to try and fix it but ended up giving up as she was making more of a mess. If you did decide to visit this barber shop, I would stick to the names mentioned in various reviews otherwise it is indeed a gamble.

Allan was great! An absolute legend who cares so much for his job. Inspires me to do better at my job. look forward to returning next trim! Thanks again
