I have submitted 3 passport applications at Marsfield post office and the manager helped us to take passport photos as well. We got our new passports 2 weeks later. The manager was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended to visit this post office.

Worst post office experience ever. I had my passport photo taken and application documents prepared and submitted there by their staff. However after a long wait of almost three months I was informed that the photo was inadequate, and it was not attached to the form in the right way. The passport office told me not to paste it by myself but instead ask a post office staff to do it in the proper way. But it was actually prepared by the Marsfield LPO! It’s a shame that they don’t know their job. I should go back to ask them to re-do my photo and application but really don’t wanna deal with them and risk a failure in my passport application again…

The staff are always friendly and helpful, so much better than the post shop staff were in the post shop in the suburb where I used to live!! I'm so glad to be able to collect my missed delivery parcels from this post shop. The smaller gentleman with the glasses is always so helpful in advising me on the most cost effective way to send goods. It's always a pleasure to make a visit here! Thanks to the staff :)

Awesome service, only took me 20 minutes to lodge my daughter passport and i dont it on my work lunch break. Very happy with the service, i was served by an older fella with glasses. Real good customer service.

This post office has refused to print an AusPost label today. I am willing to pay for it! The staff asked me to drive to OfficeWorks to print one label and come back again. Really bad service, how about being a bit more considerate for customers. Never had this issue with Eastwood Post. Wish Eastwood is still there so i wouldn’t have to use this one.

We did our passports here recently. Wilfred was super patient and helpful. We ended up having to go there 4 times because of our own mistakes but each time Wilfred greeted us with a big smile.

First time I went there the staff comes off as rude but as soon as I became a regular and they were super helpful and friendly. Even offered ways to get discount for sending parcels without me asking via setting up the Australia Post Business account.
