Been 7 months since I have been back here, staff are friendly, great location, comp water, we ordered 3 medium flat white, seems to take longer than expected, went up to ask if they were on the way after 15 min, said they were about to start making them. 10 min later 2 came over….5 more min the third one came. $15. Nice relax under umbrella at 9.45 am. Again.. Came in on Monday at around 10.30 am. Went in with Mum we ordered 2 Chicken Pesto Focaccia a coffee and tea. Ordered at counter a d given a number. Service was super fast and lady tami g our order was very friendly . We checked in but the tables were super close to each other I guess because the rain. Food was hot and tasty and Mum made a special comment that the teas was fresh leaves in a pot.

Venue is nice, atmosphere is nice, coffee is average, but it gets super busy, staff are borderline rude under the pressure.

I was very upset at a lady who served me today. The lady who has long blonde hair with braids and wears glasses didn't even say thank you when I ordered takeaway food.Besides, when She called my name, She threw the food to pass me on the table. Of course She didn't even say ' thank you' or 'here you go'. It was an unbelievable behavior towards a customer.If She doesn't want to work in hospitality , It's better off to work somewhere else. Please educate your staff to demonstrate the basic manners.

Used to come here often when lived close by and couple times got disappointed with staff and wait time but today decided to give another try as it was my birthday. Waited 40min for my food that never came. They lost my order. Maybe should be time to not use write in paper orders and use a proper system. Thanks for ruining my breakfast time on my birthday. Definitely not going back. Lots of other options around

Good service and lovely spot for breakfast. However, bellow average food.The milkshake was not cold, breakfast was very basic for the price. Packet ham not roasted ham, sliced uncooked tomatoes, part of the avocado was rotten.

A great coffee shop, right across from the water.Coffee is great. Food is ok.Only criticism is the slow service to take your order sometimes.

Ordered a breakfast for two. (Basic menu -$53.20) Breakfast plate consisted bacon x2, eggs x2, 1 slice of toast, mushrooms (tasteless). 1 served with avo, the other served with haloumi. Garnished with dirty (unwashed) rocket, which was brought up to their attention, without reaction. The coffee was smooth, which really was the only good thing about the meal. Service was good. Atmosphere (being near the beach) is the consolation. The bug in the rocket was free.

Yah, Merlo Coffee and Norco Milk. Popped in to get a coffee about 8am on a Wednesday. Always good to see plenty of locals and visitors, shows that it is a good cafe. Service was friendly and it didn't take too long to get our coffees. Great spot across from the beach. Dogs are welcome.

Great coffee, and the spinach and fetta muffin I had with it was delicious with big chunks of fetta in it.
