I cannot recommend One Agency North, in particular Property Manager Natalie Gage enough. Nat’s experience, communication and professionalism during our tenancy was simply outstanding.

Alison Gibbons is a very professional and a genuinely nice person, and was quick to identify my strata plan needed updating and guided me through the process including recommending a surveyor.If Alison hadn’t knocked on my door that day the house would not now be sold having taken advantage of the buoyant property market.Having also previously worked as a property manager she was able to assist in the presentation / staging of the house as it was unfurnished.I was always able to contact Alison quickly by all means.Myself Being someone who likes to be hands on she was happy to listen to my ideas on marketing and implement them.I highly recommend Alison and will contact her again in the future for any property needs, and the advantage being she has experience working in all suburbs and provides a full market analysis to allow you to compare your property with similar sold in the area confirming an accurate listing price.I was happy with the price achieved with the house being worth more than I initially thought.

I decided to use David Snell from One Agency North after interviewing a number of real estate agents in the area and I can only say that it was one of the best decisions that I have made in my life. When David and Donna came to me I was impressed by their presentation compared to other agents but was very sceptical when they told me the price they recommended I should place on the sale and thought that they were over pricing the property compared to other agents who I had interviewed.I raised this with them and David was so confident that he would achieve the price that he agreed to reduce his commission on the sale if he did not get the quoted price.Not only did David get the price he said he would get but he sold the property after only a couple of open days and looked after several issues that arose during the process without having to involve me.
