Cairns Airport Shuttle could not have been more helpful , due to COVID and personal reasons we had to cancel our booking which was disappointing . We hope to use them again when we can and would recommend them highly to everybody

When I couldn't get onto my normal airport shuttle service after trying several different ways for almost two weeks, I was desperate to book a return spot from Port Douglas to Cairns airport the day before my departure. These guys came to the rescue and were very helpful indeed. Even when my return flight was delayed considerably, the driver was there waiting at the airport with a happy demeanour and a good attitude. Excellence was the coach and they did a great job! I won't even bother with the other company again, I will just come straight here. Thank you :)

Our convention involved people arriving and departing Cairns at different times over several days, complicated by the airlines changing every flight time, often quite late. Despite this changing complexity, Cairns Port Douglas Shuttle handled it all so smoothly and professionally with every shuttle on time and getting people to and from the airport on time and with absolutely no stress. Cannot recommend them highly enough. For just one or two people or for groups, save yourself the trouble and use this service - they are truly amazing!

We are happy to recommend Cairns Airport Shuttle. We booked easily online and received an email confirmation. We were picked up at the airport and dropped off at our accommodation in Port Douglas. The return transfer was confirmed and communicated to us and we were picked up with plenty of time to catch our flight home.The whole process was seemless. Exactly what you need on a holiday.

Unfortunately, I had to amend my booking several times, both because of unavoidable changes and my own mistakes. Paul was extremely accommodation and patient. Also, very prompt in responses. Haven't travelled yet, but experience so far has been excellent.

We had 4 transfers organised with Cairns Airport Shuttle and they were just outstanding the whole way through!
