I went there yesterday morning. Best service ever.I have never seen anything like thisAll the products were beautiful and all the staff were friendly and amazing.I wish the two staff that were working there were always there.

Experienced discrimination and rudeness there.Customer service is really very very poor.Girl working there with head cover was very rude to me and I saw she was rude to one Chinese lady as well. Upon asking that why she is rude to me she was saying to me that i cant go to store and say that they are discriminating. When i tried to explain she was not listening me. So i said i want to just pay and go from store.

don’t know why there’s so many negative reviews for this place i just got my seconds pierced and the staff were absolutely lovely, i’ve been in this shop multiple times and they’ve always been wonderful

went in store with my mum and was spoken to like garbage from a lady in a hijab this is a new Store obviously you don’t train your staff very well she doesn’t deserve a job there if that’s how she speaking to customers. I will now be contacting head management of the shopping centre about this shopas nobody should be treated like this

Incredibly rude workers i walked in and got looked up and down by one of them with the nastiest look on her face definitely makes you not want to shop there that’s for sure as this is a new store and the workers already have such sour faces I couldn’t imagine in a couple months time what they are going to be like,unfortunately Google doesn’t give you the option for leaving one star otherwise I would
