Mat's Hair Factory
I highly recommend this salon! Everyone was friendly, service was excellent and Shauna did the best cut I've had in years. She understood and listened to my needs, took her time in styling my long hair to a perfect shorter style, which I love. My only regret is that we live in Skye and the salon is here 3 1/2hrs away. We always holiday at Gippsland Lakes, so I'll definitely be back. Thanks Shauna.

Another excellent experience today getting my hair coloured and cut.Matt and his team are true professionals and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. This salon is by far the best I've been to and I have been to quite a few over the years both in the UK and Australia. Matt is the ultimate professional as are his team. Very reassuring overseeing and supporting his staff. My hair is the best it ever been. Thank you, Jacqui

Had an urgent family issue needed attention much more important so I asked for a reschedule. I still needed my hair cut and was told not to come back as they don't allow for emergencies in our lives. I'm local why aren't you trying to look after your locals. Very poor show

I had the apprentice Allison wash and blow dry my hair and she was excellent! Meticulous and extremely professional. Mat the owner was also a delight happy to chat and give great advice on the local restaurants.Thank you Allison I love my hair!

I had the pleasure of visiting this salon today.All the staff were friendly & professional.The stylist I had, Mikayla, was a dream. She was very open & honest with what she could achieve. At times she checked with Mat, owner, about what she was going to do.The service & attention to detail was remarkable. And Mikayla at Mat's Hair Factory is wonderful colourist & stylist.Price & wait times were satisfactory. I have no complaints whatsoever.Give Mat's Hair Factory a go. You won't be disappointed.

I had a great experience getting a cut and blow wave last week at Mat's hair factory. Shauna did a wonderful job reviving my hair. All the staff were lovely. I'll definitely be heading back there!
