My experience was horrible this time I literally been there 4 days straight every time there was a kilometre waiting line. People were so angry and frustrated. Yesterday I thought it will be school day so I can manage to take the books as the teachers were not happy about the missing books. We had already picked first order waiting more than 4 hours but ended up coming back because they didn’t have few books. So now I was getting emails after email saying congratulations your book has arrived and ready to pick up. I waited few more days to get all the books available so I don’t have to go every single day. I picked up bunch of books yesterday and literally spend more than 3 hours. I came back home and got new email saying your book has arrived and ready to be collected???? I mean WTH?? Now I have to go and wait for 4 plus hours again.So frustrated

If it is possible please do not come here to buy your booklist. I came here at 12:20 noon today (30/01/2023). Reached the counter at 3:30 pm and placed my order. Collected my order at 3:55pm. My one day is wasted here. Buy your booklist from somewhere else otherwise you will be wasting your valuable time here.It was very easy and simple last year with ziggies. We always wants to go from better to the best. But here the system went down from the best to the worst.

Placed an online order, took 6 weeks to actually post it! Back to school time is the same every year so as a business you should be able to anticipate the grow in demand and hire new staff, extend opening hours, have stock available etc. I ended up placing a last minute order at office works the day before school went back and they had 90%of my order packed and ready by that night!

Has created a monopoly in educational items, truly outrageous Shop. They are responsible for the children getting delayed education. We got enrolled in school last week, so got list of books last Friday, these good people are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. On Monday needed to apply annual leave and had just need to wait in queue for 5 hours to get nothing. All sold off. Truly outrageous.

Campion changed the system Ziggies had established for years by unnecessarily making customers wait for your orders instead of getting them your own. This created a long waiting list, extra work for staff, online system down, extra waiting time, whilst no public toilet around.

If I could give a zero star that would be my review.I’m completely annoyed and frustrated with the service. I don’t believe it’s anything to do with the actual staff, but the company.We’ve been buying from campion since we moved over from Brisbane. This is our first time ordering online as we didn’t want to wait a whole day for the orders. I placed an online order early January. Was told to wait up to 10 business days for the books to arrive but with no tracking number??? the kids started school today and still no supplies???I’m on the phone trying to get an update as I’m not going to the store to wait ungodly hours in this heat, I’m sorry but no.I’ve been on hold for 40mins now to speak to somebody and still no answer!!! This is the third time calling. I understand busyness. I understand under-staffed but this is a joke. You’re a business at the end of the day, at least 1 person should be answering the phone!

I had been buying kids stationery and book for the past three years at this shop. All the while I am satisfied with the service provided by Ziggies. Today when I reached Ziggies, the way of selling is changed and it took me double the time spent here. The buying process took long long time to finish. All the customer will need to wait for the staff to deliver the item to them. The waiting time is too long. I already waited for more than 30mimutes for my item..

It took me three hours to get mychildren's stationery - I queued before 9am and everything was done before 12pm. It was bad enough that I went two days before school started.All the stationery I received was accurate and neatly packed in cardboard boxes. I would like to thank all the staff who worked so hard behind the scenes to find them and put them in. If I had been to the shop earlier I would have said this system is great.
