Geoff the salesperson and the service department are excellent to deal with.Last year there was a difficult to diagnose issue with our Tiguan but eventually it was sorted , and it was put through on Warranty.

Justin was fantastic. He told me over the phone they are unable to help fix my specific issue but he went above and beyond making some calls and found a mechanic who could help. Brilliant customer service.
