Really friendly and helpful only thing is went I had a DH race on the weekend and need a neck brace and body armour they were great and helpful and said they would put it in the overnight bag but when I called two days before the race they said they hadn't sent it yet

Well stocked with a great range. Knowledgable and very generous with their time! I've gone to them on and off over the past few years and this has been consistent!Today I went in with a basic brake issue, the service team didn't have time to do the service (because they are so in demand) but were happy to supply me with the parts to do it myself.Thanks!
