Action Rehab Hand Therapy - Moorabbin

These guys are awesome!!!!! I had a problem for 18 months and wasn't getting far until I was referred to these guys. They are all really friendly, very knowledgeable, and I was really impressed with how thorough they were in the beginning to make sure they knew exactly what was going on. I find the treatments they use with me very advanced and am always surprised at what they pull out next :) The person who referred me said he refers a lot of people there and they all speak highly of the service they receive. They have cool staff there too so the visits are always enjoyable :)

My experience with Action Rehab was perfect. After suffering a sports related injury, the team at Action were swift in ensuring I was being treated in the best way in accordance with my lifestyle. Within 2 months of breaking a bone in my wrist I was back playing competitive sport at a high level. The care and clinical excellence stood out to me as the progression of my injury was always their first and only priority. I was given access to equipment, programs and hands on treatment which accelerated my healing process. Action Rehab provide best in class treatment and I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs to get themselves back to 100% as quickly as possible! Would like to specifically shout out Nick who’s service and care demonstrated to me he was just as invested as getting me back on the field as I was.

Good concise information with therapists that really care about how your progress is tracking and aren’t afraid to change the therapy to react to changes in the pain

I was treated at Action Rehab Moorabbin for a mallet fracture on my finger. Cant recommend them highly enough.The care and service provided in all aspects from initial care of the wound ( provision of custom splints etc.) post surgery through to rehabilitation of the finger was top class.Darko ( & Amy) were very knowledgeable and passionate about their roles.The exercises were explained well and were very consistent with ensuring there was progress in rehabilitation without doing unnecessary damage.In my case I recovered weeks in advance of plan and that was in no small part to this team.I hope I don't have to see them again :) but if I ever have a break again ill be going there.

We were charged for a consultation that we were forced to cancel due to Covid restrictions. No empathy or understanding for our situation, no phone call to explain, just a rude reminder to pay for a service which we had no idea we were being charged for.We chose not to attend the appointment and cancelled instead as there was a chance we had been exposed to COVID. We stayed away so Action Rehab could continue to operate and the thanks we get is to pay for a cancelled service.So sad, as we were really quite happy with the hand therapy we received.

Amy and Darko have made it possible for me to return to work after my hand surgery. They are so passionate, dedicated and inspiring as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Massive thank you to Nick who salvaged my 3 month old mallet finger. After being told by a public OT that my hooked finger was as good as I could hope for, Nick helped me achieve a near perfect finger against the odds. Thanks for your passion, experience and enthusiasm, I'm so grateful.
