I couldn’t recommend these guys enough! I have just bought a van and have been gathering some info on builds/layout/cost etc and the team here were super attentive and transparent about the whole process - it’s got me soooo excited ! Absolute legends

Very poor quality fit out, cabinetry not working right from the day of handover. Solar power system installed and wired incorrectly, has been taken to a professional solar person since and been informed that the battery could have exploded. They do not offer an engineer certificate for conversion of vans so insurance can be void . The whole experience was very expensive/ overpriced and I would not recommend anyone to use Matt's business . There is many more professional fitout companies out there that no what they are doing..Warning Do Not be misled by all the 5 star review - this business had 18 - 5 star reviews in 2 days after a recent bad review --- This shows the dishonesty of this business, getting there friends to review and make the business look better after doing a really bad/dangerous job on the last van they sold....

This company in a whole is such an awesome team, they have done outstanding work and made the whole process super smooth. Being in the workshop was very comfortable from the cool bunch of guys working there and the owner of the company matty was a super genuine dude who made the whole process feel like more of a friendly encounter than a business deal. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone who wants a home put into a van or bus to contact this crew and you won’t regret it!!

Byron Bay van Fitouts are the best!! I found them online and they got back to me so quickly, they worked with me to discuss timeline and budget to make sure my van could be finished by the time I needed to move out of my current place. They were super nice and accommodating and overall had such a good time working with them. I had this vision for what I thought I needed, and they provided such good guidance as I had never built out a van before. I’ve now lived in the van for 4 weeks and thank god they made those recommendations as those changes have made living in my van full time actually sustainable.Aside from providing thoughtful designs and being professional, the craftsmanship it top notch. The finishes are exactly what I was looking for and the small details they built into my van show that they actually care about what they do. My experience with electrical was 0 and they made it so clean and easy to understand which has been a life saver for understanding my energy consumption on the road. They made an incredible ceiling feature and reconstructed the lights and honestly the list of personal details goes on and on…Plus they did it for much less than all the other quotes I got and much quicker. And they did IT ALL. There was nothing I needed that they didn’t know how to do - a true 1 stop shop.Overall, the best team, a great finished well built van, for a great price. I would look no further and book these guys!
