If 0 stat's was a thing that's what they'd get , rude behaviour from the ladys behind the counter one of them named jo" terrible service

Very rude lady behind the counter, even she dont know how to deal with customer, never come back.

Dreadful. Pulled in at 11:00pm. No one around, desperate for a shower after a full day of driving. Got told you need a truck key, not for cars. Pathetic service.

Absolutely disgusting service! We walked in at 4am to get a coffee for a long trip ahead - waited outside patiently for the door to be unlocked only to be unlocked for the person leaving from inside. We walked in and greeted the female cashier just to get “coulda turned your headlights off before you came in” we responded and told her we had a baby in the car with his father (mind you the headlights were completely off and it was just the led lights that stay on in the car unless it’s turned off) she responded with yeah well the kid doesn’t need the headlights on do they. We left without purchasing anything - never have we experienced someone be this rude ever! Will not be returning to this place, if you aren’t happy in your job LEAVE! No need to treat people like that. BP Marmor, after reading these reviews I think you need have a look at the people that are working for you as they are dragging your business down and giving you a terrible name. Will not be back here.

If I could give this place no stars I would. This the most disgustingly dirty BP I have ever been in. Pick up you act BP. Needs a damn good clean. If it's privately owned do something about it, Coffee tastes like dirty dishwater. I would like a refund please

good food. friendly staff. ample parking. I had breakfast bacon & egg muffin and a coffee.

Worse customer service elderly lady behind counter with short hair was rude as we came in before 5 got up is for not pressing the bell hard enough and we where happy to wait because we understand people are busy however the sly remarks of not pressing it hard enough and getting in trouble for waiting for her and for doing nothing wrong and then after getting up us she proceeded to get up the friendly customer after us . No star are deserves .

The cashier was horrible and rude and snapped at every query we had. We were so disappointed we walked out without buying any lunch. It seemed far too much trouble to be nice and helpful. Will not be stopping here ever again. Would not recommend. And, yes, I know...you'll pass this along to the manager who will do nothing....... just looking at previous reviews.

I will never fuel my truck here again. Always a drama. Last time no diesel, this time the handles are broken and leaking.

This use to be a good place to pull up for a stretch, refuel and a feed a few years back. Was in there today and the service was atrocious. Lady behind the counter never had a clue what she was doing. Terrible customer service.
