If I could give zero stars I would! The WORST service provided by far DO NOT use this company! They will yell, abuse, use fowl language and steal your equipment.TERRIBLE SERVICES!!!

Good service, Mario and the boys were quick, friendly and careful.Communication needs some improvement though - Mario told my partner and I different prices on the phone at different times and only mentioned a 4 hour minimum on the day of the move. There were times when he was pretty rude to his staff as well, which was a bit disappointing as they did a good job. I also felt pressured to give him a good Google review on the spot, I have since updated it upon reflection.

I cannot fault the service the team at Mighty Box provided us. They were prompt and professional. They took the stress out of our house move. I would highly recommend Mighty Box.

I have never in my life been treated with such contempt and rudeness by a service provider. We had stored some goods for 6 months and some for 2 years. Our circumstances changed and we needed to retrieve all of our belongings. We had paid up front and did not expect a full refund for the 18 months we had paid for but we were astounded when Mario screamed at us accusing us of trying to rob him. We were then presented with extra charges not in the contract because we wanted our possessions earlier. He threatened to put them out on the street at one stage. He had our money and our goods, we were not in a good position to argue. For the 2 small containers advertised at $89 per month we ended up paying approximately $2200 for 6 months. We lived 1 hour and 15 minutes from his depot at Sunshine but ended up paying exorbitant country rates and $700 Labour because apparently he told us that he doesn’t come to the country, but really it was because we had to retrieve our goods earlier. A nastier man I have yet to come across. He will try to justify this bad review as is his right but I would encourage him to undergo an anger management course to help with his lack of skill in communicating with customers.

BEWARE!!! BE VERY AWARE!!! MightBox Self Storage is a terrible terrible business. We have been paying for over 1+ year for 3 pods for $255 p/m. At the beginning all went well, Mario trying to make it as a very simple process to lock in your business. Not until when it comes to MONEY, once he picks up the content and lock away in his storage. We had 3 pods and every time when we need to access the storage, we will need to pay for $55 * 3 = $165 which is a way to deter you from accessing it. Mario also failed to provide us with an agreement / contract so he can try to charge any fees he wants. And when we try to terminate the agreement, he try to charge fees he wants to bring the pods to you including the removalist - approximately $690 to redeliver the pods back to us. When we refuse to pay for the fees which we were not informed, he said he will dispose the goods 6 weeks after the arrears. We had been very reasonable with our dealings with him, however, it seems he is very barbaric with his dealings with us. So, at this point, we had no choice but to take this to the court to resolve it. Please think twice before you approach this business and learn from our bad experience.

We had a great experience with mighty box. It was a very reasonably priced service with 2 people helping with the heavy lifting at either end. Mario made sure all our furniture was left in good condition. This was one of the smoothest and most stress free moves that we have had. Thanks!

Please be careful and think twice before starting business with MightyBox. Mario, the owner, is extremely rude, horrible to deal with, unprofessional, abusive, offensive and a big bully. What it started, apparently, in a good way, rapidly turned into a nightmare - from calling everyone in my company over 20 times/day requesting payments that were already made (and proof of payment sent to him), to being called a liar and worst. WORST SERVICE AND COSTUMER SUPPORT I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Only reason I'm giving one star is because I can't rate them any less
