Due to a water leak a resulting mound issue in a laundry, we have had JP Flynn completing repairs under an insurance claim.The JP Flynn staff have been outstanding. David Brunt did a great job of painting and plastering. Not only is he a great tradesman, he is a decent guy too. Jeff was here doing all sorts of different jobs. He is also a great tradesman and addressed any concerns we had. Ryan was the project manager. He is very responsive to calls, texts and emails. He basically responds immediately. Michelle was our contact and called regularly to provide updates. The job has been a long one due to various complexities but JP Flynn staff have made it as easy as it could be

We had an insurance claim managed by the team at JP Flynn..all the trades they arranged were on time, for both the quote stage and to complete the works. The reports were sent to the insurance company quickly, meaning we had approval to progress within 36 hours from the first (of 2) trades at our house.The support team were great with communication, being able to communicate via text was perfect for me, but they were also available on the phone if I called. Such a pleasurable experience.
