Ok, I have removed what I said a couple of days ago. Scalex World referred me to the distributor, who so far has been brilliant in helping me sort out the issues I had

Bought a set for Christmas for our son, opened it, was defective and didn't work properly after hours of troubleshooting. I guess the bit that irks me isn't that it was defective ( as these things happen) moreso the response from this retailer. 'It's covered by the distributor you'll need to speak to them'. No apology, even the distributor as nice as they are have yet to apologise. Basic customer service missing. I am not sure when retailers started swerving responsibility and sending customers off to suppliers but they need to change this policy to stay out front or customers will disappear.

Really good place to go. Enjoyed it alot but opening hours on their website is wrong. :/

Lots of fun for Mum and Son time, a little on the pricey side

Ordered a Scalextric set online and paid the express postage stated on the shipping. Parcel was despatched the next day but when I received the tracking information it stated delivery was 1-2 weeks. I emailed Scalextric World and was told that I didn’t pay enough postage anyway ($35)and they sent it the best way they could in good faith.A further phone call and they claim the postage was a glitch on their website.Seriously…there was no good faith here as I paid for something in “good faith” and didn’t receive it.I’m flying to see my 5 year old grandson for his birthday with no present to give him..so unhappy
