Staff/cashier should at least notify customers if they are about to purchase faulty items.... or they could just take the faulty items off the shelf? Definitely won't be returning here in future and I will also think twice about purchasing anything from Typo.

Bought a few sets of these tumbler glasses under 2 weeks ago, went to wash them today and the picture began flaking off.Yes they're still usable as glasses, but thats not the point. The glasses were pretty expensive, and for what? For the image to completely come off and for me to have clear tumblers that I could of just bought for $3 from Kmart instead of $20 from Typo.

Just wow to the girl here who served me today. Vee, you were a darling help with all the Friends merchandise and you definitely are a keeper. You literally went above and beyond and went through the entire store to help me look for everything I didn't know you had. Your ending comment I know it's Xmas and I just wanted to make life easier."Just wow. An asset to the company. An asset to retail. An asset of a human. Promote this girl!"

Honestly went in for a last minute Xmas present because I saw a sale on their website, only to be told it was online only as I was holding the pot at the checkout.Can I order it online now and click and collect? Nope has to come from the warehouse.Anything you can do, at all? Like even a $2 discount?? Free cat calendar?? A pen?!!!Nope sorry.Sigh, bought the pot anyway because I needed the gift but c'mon guys. That was pretty tragic.

The cashiers are SOOO NICE! I was doing secret santa and they played along and even placed a sheet of paper so my secret santa wouldn’t be able to see what I bought since I was going shopping with my friends which are in the same secret santa.
