Glad I decided to do the big chop here. My hair was down to my mid-back at least and Vicki (I think that's the ladies name) got me chatting and a lot less anxious than I was when I first went in. Hair cut was beautiful and I'm loving it

They were great they fitted me in on the spot while I was there on holiday did a great job.

Went in for a quote yesterday, spoke to three lovely ladies. Was relieved when I was quoted $120/$150 at most for brown to blonde bayalage, trim and a treatment included. The lady wrote down the quote and told me to show the other staff today what I was quoted. When I told one of the staff today what I wanted done and what I was quoted and told, she was very rude in saying no the price for what you want done is $250/$270 and extra for treatment. Yet one of the ladies who was involved in the discussion yesterday was doing a clients hair and didn't say anything. Didn't bother asking why I was quoted so differently just left. Definitely don't recommend
