We had very bad experience with this builder.they are very tricky and unprofessional it was very stressful journey of building with them.they will give you very impressive quote and then rip you during construction .they were very kind and polite till we paid $5000 deposit.That guy D*****r was very rude.he literally hung up on us several times if we complained about any poor workmanship.our house took 13 months to complete.checked with few other people who built with them, same issues with them. i am surprised they got 5 stars on rating might be their own family and friends.better pay bit extra but go to a better builder.stay away
