Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking on our slightly plump Labrador! The girls did a fantastic job with Cassie's de-shedding, shampoo and nails. This will vastly reduce the hair she kindly drops all the time! Highly recommend!

I had a one -on-one dog grooming class with Kim, and it was an excellent experience .Kim was kind and patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend , if you want to lean how to take care of your dogs coat ! Thanks Kim !

We blew up the motor on our deshed blow dryer at the end of last week.In stepped Kim and her team, and by Friday afternoon our new ChallengAir AirMax dryer and 15L of Furex Progroom products were on their way to Bussleton. By Tuesday morning our new dryer and other products were sitting in reception after the long weekend!WADGA are always professional and nothing is ever too much trouble. It really takes the stress out of getting our wholesale grooming products delivered.Wishing WA Dog Grooming & Clipping Academy every success and we can't wait to order more in the future!

Today was the first time we had our lovely Cavoodle pup groomed . I booked online and after reading how much experience Kim has . Coco had the royal treatment today and I was thrilled with the service and the result . Time and care was taken to make her experience enjoyable. I recommend everyone to take their beloved fur baby here .

I have been coming to WA academy for a bit now and always a lovely job done on my doggo.- I would say the prices are pretty reasonable, however, today’s job took about four hours (12:30-4:40) as it was a busy Saturday.Before and after pics added...

I sent the below email to these guys on Tuesday following our visit - no response to date, so sharing here so others can be informed before choosing WA Dog Grooming & Clipping Academy.Dear Kim,Today we brought our miniature schnauzer in to be groomed. This was our second visit and it will be our last.Kim, Bea is our pet and we therefore have the right to the service we requested and paid for. I understand you felt the need to do another puppy groom and not trim her the way we requested. This is unsatisfactory given there was no consultation with us on this. At the very least, you or your staff should have flagged your recommendation to us when we dropped Bea off or called us shortly thereafter. If that level of service is good enough for a Toyota, it’s good enough for a beloved pet.This is now the second time we have trusted you with grooming our pet – and both times you have completed a different service to what we requested without any consultation with us.I am really disappointed, and very frustrated to have not been listened to. As a fairly large and intimidating male, my partner was too embarrassed to engage in conflict with you in front of your staff – instead he had to politely decline your repeated requests for us to join your monthly trimming service while inwardly himself feeling confused and frustrated that the service we had expected was not the service we received and yet no one had thought to consult us.I don’t expect anything more from WA Dog Grooming, I just hope this feedback goes some way to future customers receiving more considerate service. You may be an expert in dog grooming, but each of us are experts in our own pets and we deserve the right to be consulted. How Bea is groomed is our decision Kim, not yours.Kind regards,Tess
