Billy has changed fans, light fittings, switch box and element in solar hot water unit at my home. On every occasion that Billy has conducted the above he has done so with excellent service. Billy has always been courteous, knowledgeable and honest. If anyone is looking for an Electrician, I can highly recommend Billy who goes out of his way to help you in any situation.

The team at Neptune Electrical arrived at my house to change a couple of lights and an air conditioning unit.They were very quick in getting the issues resolved and installing the air con.I will be using them as my preferred electrician going forward as i have had a few let me down in the past but this electrician was great.Highly Recommend.

We came home after vacation to house with no power and this was around 1.30 in the morning. We had no where else to go. Bill understood exactly what we were going though and helped us get everything sorted with no issues at all. Provided a service that we’ll never forget. 100% Would recommend to anyone.

Neptune Electrical installed new fans in our house and replaced a light fitting also. They did a great job, cleaned up after the jobs were completed as well. I would recommend this company.
