Reach Academy

Do not recommend the academy, its not value for money. The owner is not professional and is very rude. we enrolled our daughter and used the creative kids voucher for a component of payment. We had to cancel the enrollment with a few classes pending as the child did not like replacement teacher. The owner confirmed over the phone that it is ok to cancel and he will refund. It took 3 months of follow up to get him to send a refund. When the refund arrives, we see that he has deducted the voucher from the refund instead of issuing the refund from the payment component paid by us which was more than $600, refund of $21 was issued. When questioned he spoke rudely. I will raise a fair trading complaint about this.One recommendation to parents if you still end up enrolling here, make sure you get the rules of fees correct and in writing with the owner or be ready to be cheated.

My son attended the Reach Academy for a year in 2021, and got great scores for Maths extension 2. I definitely recommend this tutor if you are looking for fast improvement.
