I hate to give one star to Hobart CBD woolies today, but this interaction with one self serve employee last night changed my entire 4 year experience! An extremely rude woman with no manners and customer service values had an argument with me, and when I asked for the manager didnt call one. People shouldn't be working in customer service if they don't know the essence of it. I have sent through my formal complaint and hoping I get a call back. But this store's image has gone down.

Great place to shop and get baby snacks. However I've noticed the free fruit for kids was taken by adults for themselves then they walk out of woolies.No issues with Woolies. I think Hobart might have a famine or poverty problem.

Right in the heart of hobart. Opening hours are nice and early 7:00am and finish late 10:00pm. Good selection of produce but it is a smaller supermarket compared to there other stores so they don't always have the full range of products. Located inside Wellington court. Can be a bit hard to find for the first time. It Does have wheelchair access using the elevator . great spot for late night shopping and tourist who want to buy normal food for themselves and kids .

Despite being in the centre of Hobart city, this underground supermarket was great for a lone traveller to the city. The bakery and fresh fruit section were excellent, and well stocked early in the morning. Good selection of everything else you would expect and plenty of folks on site to help with finding and checking out.

Little bit hard to find Woolworths entrance from parking lot, it would be great if there was some info inside the elevator as it’s not even clear in which level to get off the elevator!Parking is for free if you stay for less than one hour!
