Installation of washing machine in the bathroom. We worked with Ben who was incredibly professional, friendly and quick to respond. We had to brainstorm a few areas we could install the washing machine even on the day we had to make changes and he had to run back and forth to bunnings. Always looking at the best outcome even though it is inconvenient for him. Very honest about prices. Just such a great person to get along with. I've dealt with two other plumbers prior and I wish I'd known sooner - Recommending him to all my friends and family.
