Honestly, the BEST bacon I have EVER had. I only wish I could buy it in Victoria. I have to buy bulk when I visit South Australia and then freeze it when I get home. Careful where you buy it from though, as the price per Kg varies significantly. In one town in the Adelaide Hills (Birdwood) it was $10 per Kg more expensive than another town 20Km away (Lobethal & Woodside), owned by the same people who are reasonable with their prices.
