The pizzas are great, but upon doing a pickup order I was quite disappointed to see the ingredients station a complete mess with all the meat all over the bench & even mixing up between the different pots (bacon in the chicken pot, etc)...

Purchased 14 pizzas for a kids party. The team that was on were very helpful & kind. I tried to order in advance but when both website & app failed & were completely useless for my needs so I rang the shop & found them marvellous! I requested the pizzas to b uncut so I could slice them myself into squares to make them go further & less was wasted by the kids. The pizzas were hot, fresh & well received by everyone, children & adults alike! Everyone raved about them! We fed near on 30 people with the 14 pizzas & had left overs for $120!! Bargain!! Will be ordering here again!

Had a pizza delivered tonight. Pizza arrived half upside down. Clearly had been thrown around in the transit between store and my house which is about a 4 minute drive. I called the store and they did refund me straight away but now only get to eat about half a pizza. Poor delivery

Never again! First time trying this store and it will be the last! Ordered 1 large half/half pizza online for pick up and they couldn't even get that right. Was advised it would be ready in 10-15 minutes, got to the store and waited another 15 minutes. 5 people in store with 3 reading out orders, making pizzas and no one knew what they were doing. Wrong sauce on the wrong side of the pizza also! Last time and unfortunately nothing positive to report!

Really poor customer service. Staff didn’t know how to use the computers or how to take an order. Had to repeat my order multiple times. Walked out due to how useless the staff were

Don't know what's changed. In the past pizza from Drouin was not as great as some other dominoes. But today was amazing. Heaps of pepperoni and perfectly cooked base. Eexcellent
