KFC likes to bring out seasonal promotional dishes from time to time, , My favourite is the the BBQ COLA WICKED WINGS, that sauce they put on the wicked wings is good and makes the wings taste so much better. Went todwy but unfortunately it's been taken off the menu. Not happy Jan....

The tables aren't clean. The workers work as if they are half asleep and couldn't be bothered. Uber driver was waiting around for two seperate orders, so the first one is cold as ice by the time he left. Not really KFCs fault but does tell you to never order uber. We waited 20 minutes for our basic meal. The app wouldn't work and the staff offered no suggestion except to restart the app and try again, because the items are only available via the app (no backup option. For the staff to place our order). My burger came out dangerously cold. When it was replaced, it smells like a dumpster fire. Our sauces were missing and I had to wait a couple minutes just to get the sauces were ordered. This place is a cesspool of below-averageness and mediocrity.

Ordered dinner through the KFC app on Saturday evening for my mother and child as I was out. The delivery guy was useless, didn't understand basic instructions on where my home was (Huge white gate, can't miss it) food was delivered to the wrong address even though I ticked the box for the food to be passed to someone, 90 minutes later I got a call from my mother saying the food wasn't delivered, when I called KFC Bankstown South the response was, sorry bro we didn't deliver the food, Door Dash did, can't help you, click............Called back a number if times to be told the same thing again, I didn't pay Door Dash for my food, I paid KFC, so it is irrelevant who delivers it as my agreement is with KFC, not Door Dash.Eventually I got through and the same guy said ok I'll call Door Dash for you (But he didn't) and my family at home had to arrange something over 2 hours later.As soon as there is a small problem that act like they don't need to help, not very happy, won't be buying KFC for a long time.As to what happened to my food, I guess someone in my street had a free dinner because I never got it.

It took 30 minutes for an order due to the drive thrust but they gave me 2x original order. My brother loves Mashies. Thanks.

Staffs are very patient with customers demands. Probably need more staff , as at times the restaurant gets quite busy. Today I saw a young person doing great job. Definitely doing two person job and yet very patient. Food quality great. Service time bit longer than usual.

I’m giving this rating just for the fact you guys are 100% halal! However I am annoyed at the fact our order wasn’t correct! Giant feast( we requested no breast prices and only thigh and legs- the bucket was full of Breast pieces) the chicken, chips & wicked wings were not fresh at all, and extremely oily, the oil was dripping from the bottom of the bucket. I don’t know if I will bother to come here again tbh.

Crabby food, ordered 2 zinger boxes, only 2 tiny pieces of fried chicken instead of 3. The gravy has no mashed potatoes.The chicken tasted bad. No spoon nor napkins. The worse kfc we ever had. Never buy from this location again.

I have been this branch many times because it is a closest one from my place. I feel like there are a lot of new staff working so service might be a slow and some mistake could happened.Last time my ordered was missing one drink, but I checked and they gave me a new one. My suggestion will be always check your order after receiving it, and service could be improve.

i orderd for take away around 8:55pm zinger burger meal box then i went to counter amd asked for the fresh order they said you will get fresh one but after 15 minutes tgey give me cold order and not a zinger burger , even in burger there was a chicken piece that was cold as well . chips was cold . that was really disappointing experience at this branch .. i always had a craving for KFC but that was really disappointing. i am editing this one again after 30 minutes waiting they said to replace the order with fresh one but after waiting so long when i came to the counter they said we are closed abd we forget your order .. rubbish

Worst place EVER! Waiting for 40mins for my order. I had to go inside and check to find out they don’t even have my order on the system but payment went through. I cannot explain enough how unprofessional this place is apart from all other KFC I’ve visited before. Kids playing around have no manners. Just disgusting behaviour and attitude.
