Got what I needed and the staff were lovely.

Friendly & I never look without finding something I actually can use regularly.

2 Super aggressive sales assistants were outstanding in just how rude they were. We went in to buy a tube of Superglue and were clearly an inconvenience in their working day.We went to leave and were angrily told not to go out the door we came in! They literally unlocked the other door to let us out, making it very clear we were being incredibly difficult. The woman unlocking the door was glaring at us over her mask, it was an extraordinary experience.We couldn't believe how angry they were. Why are people like this in business in Warragul, it's really puzzling.Luckily there are other $2 shops to go to in Warragul where customers are appreciated.

The ladies here are always helpful and the shop is jam packed with goodies.

Great little shop, found staff to be very helpful, even for alternative places to find thing they might not have in stock. Ladies that work there went above and beyond to help me find what I needed with no pressure to buy anything.During COVID the staff have tried to do all they could for the welfare of their customers.Thank you ladies for all your help.

Their stock provides some good finds you wouldn't get anywhere else.

If I could give a zero I would! Today I went into the store at 2:25pm to purchase 3 helium balloons and I was confronted with a very aggressive sales assistant who raised her voice at me and said she would not do it as they close at 3pm and did I not see the note on the door that says CLOSES AT 3pm. I had been in the week pervious and had purchased 3 helium balloons and had not encounted this type of service. I myself work in retail and know that the closing process can be stressful and busy but I would never speak to a customer in that manner. I was very taken back by it and was extremely upset. So much for trying to support local!

Really helpful staff. Has lots of things for size of building.
